1. overview
3D-MEMS silicon capacitive pressure sensor is famous for its high precision, small size and ultra low power consumption. The power consumption of this kind of sensor is very low, which makes it have incomparable advantages in the battery powered equipment.
Using 3D-MEMS silicon capacitive pressure sensor, through the difference operation and nonlinear correction and temperature compensation of microprocessor, the influence of atmospheric pressure change is eliminated, so that the high precision measurement of water level pressure, temperature measurement and storage can be realized.
All stainless steel integrated structure design, 100% waterproof design can be used for a long time underwater, hydraulic sensors, pressure sensors, batteries and circuits sealed in stainless steel shell. 22mm international standard size, which can be installed in deep well and other application sites, is used for long-term monitoring of groundwater, rivers, lakes and reservoirs, and comprehensive utilization of geological disasters.
