Three monitoring system (water monitoring system, water function area monitoring system, monitoring system of cross section) the main pipeline flow automatic monitoring, natural river flow (Ming Qu) / water level automatic monitoring, automatic monitoring of water quality; water resources management system including the provincial, municipal and county level multilevel water resources management system software, the main realize the function of water resources information services, allocating water resources, water resources management, decision-making and emergency management of water resources, water resources information, provide technical support for the water conservancy departments at all levels to implement the most stringent water management system, effective management of "three line". In 2013, we participated in the project construction of water resources monitoring and control capacity construction system of 3 provinces in our project through bidding. The total contract amount was close to 10 million yuan.
